Weekly Indemnity (Short term disability) coverage

Weekly Indemnity (Short term disability) coverage is based on 66.67% of average weekly earnings. There are several elimination periods, durations and maximums to select to meet your requirements. 100% of the premiums must be paid by the employee to be qualify as non-taxable.

Long Term Disability Benefits

Long Term disability benefits continue disability payments following the Weekly Coverage based on two benefit schedules. 100% of the premiums must be paid by the employee to be qualify as non-taxable. Evidence of eligibility may be required.

Long-Term Disability Benefits

60% of average monthly earnings up to $4,000 per month
66.67% of 1st $2,500 of monthly earnings, plus 50% of additional to $4,000 per month maximum
