Billing Deadline
Please ensure any changes in staffing, coverage, etc… are submitted prior to August 28, 2024 for August billing.
All changes need to be in place in order to make the billing cycle. Updates filed after the 28th will show on the following month’s billing.
For New Addition, Changes, and Terminations, we would prefer a scanned and emailed copy to GroupBenefits@ara.bc.ca. We still need the originally signed enrollment form and change forms if you changing beneficiary, please mail these to the ARA office as normal.

Support for those impacted by wildfires in Western Canada
We know that the fires in Estern Canada have devastating effects and may have caused you and/or you plan members to have to evacuate your homes quickly. Help to all those impacted is critical. We’re here and have put the following supports in place:
- Medications and medical equipment: if a plan member had to evacuate nad they were not able to get their medication or medical equipment, they can call us at 1-877-SUN-LIFE (1-877-786-5433) and we will help get what they need.
- The Client Care Centre (CCC): The team has activated processes to support the unique needs of any Clients impacted by an evacuation.

We’re thrilled to introduce the Insurance Quality Recycled Parts Program! This initiative is spearheaded by a newly formed ARA committee, bringing together leaders from the collision repair, vehicle dismantling, and recycling industries. Our mission is to improve the utilization of recycled parts in insurance claims — enhancing the synergy between repairers, recyclers, and ICBC.
